Chateau Villa’s mission is simple, we strive to deliver and maintain a place to call Home.

Chateau Villa Apartments are proud to say they are one of the few family owned and operated apartment complexes left in Boulder County.

Chateau Villa’s family story all began in 1969. “Papa Gabe was roaming the Longmont area with two of his friends when he came across 1530 W. 9th Avenue and fell in love with three buildings under construction that would soon be known as Chateau Villa.”

After twelve years of service to 1530 W. 9th the family was able to buy the adjacent lot with the dream to build two more buildings.

By 1982 that dream was being realized as the original three buildings containing 33 units were joined by an additional 18 units when construction was completed on two new buildings.

Chateau Villa Apartments as we know it today consists of five buildings and 51 units of which 39 units are two bedroom and 12 units are one bedroom.

In 2021 second generation ownership established Chateau Villa Apartments LLC continuing 51 years of stewardship. Over the years 1530 W. 9th has been home to numerous residents including the current owners who once worked and lived out of Chateau Villa. Today over four generations of Gabe’s descendants have maintained Chateau Villa grounds to deliver upon the mission of maintaining a place to call Home.

Community Features and Amenities

At Chateau Villa residents are not permitted to smoke inside the unit. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas. The community is quiet and there is an onsite manager available 24/7. Below are additional amenities for you to enjoy when living at Chateau Villa.
